The august issues is available for pre-order again on amazon japan right now, if you're interested.
Furthermore, the september issue (release date: august 2nd) is also available for pre-order too.

Ah fantastic! I have secured myself the August one yesterday but to find a September issue preorder :0 thank you for letting me know :D I'll take a look at it but it's really good how they dont charge till they ship so I'll be able to have it ordered and save money for when it is released x)

And yes, the fact amazon do not charge until the product is actually ready to be shipped helped me out countless times: I was able to "reserve" the items I'm interested in months in advance, without paying for them at the time of the pre-order ;)
