CCS Clear Card Arc volume 1

With an average of 35 pages per chapter, it is no surprise that we are getting to the end of a volume (which will have around 180 pages - 5 chapters), and they waited no time between the last chapter (ch05 will be published in the nakayoshi early october) and the release of the first volume, which is great ^_^

And so! Volume 1 of CCS CC will be released on December 2nd, 2016.
There is no further information, so far, as to if there will be different editions (normal and special?), any bonuses, the price, or how it will look like.

This new ad page shows us the apperance of the Kero plushy and also 2 pages of the calendar, but it makes no sens to say these are artworks that were never printed before though: both pics are 'old', so I personally assume, and hope, that it's only a temporary sample and not the final thing:

Omg I have no room in my bookshelf for both Jap and eng versions of the manga D8!! But I'll buy them all anyway haha...ahh..

Hmm those are old illustrations!Usually when its just a sample image dont they actually say "Sample" on it? I think these are the confirmed images. they did say something along the lines of "illustrations that are published as a book for the first time" may mean artwork that has been released but never actually in an artbook i.e. those images from the games, which I would love in a book as I've never seen them till now!. Though I swear I've seen that sakura and Tomoyo one on a two page spread before xD may be imagining. But theres only 5?!?!?! We see two here already D:

To be honest I feel like I've been seeing and collecting the same things over and over again ; ---; ...once Clear Card manga and anime is released we WILL get new merch!

Btw is the special booklet only the short manga story that was in the old artbook or will there be illustrations in it too :0?

Kero really does look adorable and I like the fact they took the pain to make him wear the same costume he does in the box's cover ^^

As far as we know right now, this is going to be a box with:
-a clear sleeve with new illustration by CLAMP

-a 1/1 Kero plushy with same costume as new artwork

-a 'card shaped' calendar with 5 pages (I assume: 1 cover and 4 pages with 3 months per page), which does not match the picture we are seeing above, UNLESS, and this is my PERSONAL idea, that the calendar pages are...two faced.
I can't read japanese, and the idea just came to me right now, but if you look at the picture above, only the old image with Tomoyo and Sakura got text (you can tell there is a column in the right side with days/numbers) then there is an arrow pointing to the Sakura solo art (from the 2013 mobile game) which got no text on it at all.
When I first heard 'card shaped' the first thing that came to mind was obviously the clow cards: either their rectangular shape or maybe their design on the other face of the calendar's pages. But 'card' here might really just be telling us that it's sort of a postcard thing: art on one side, blank on the other to write, but in this case instead of blank we got a calendar page?

-16 pages oneshot, B6 booklet. Story from Touya's and Sakura's childhood published previously in the 90's manga artbook.
To answer to your question: the oneshot have exactly 16 pages in total...so yes, the whole thing could be only manga pages, with nothing extra, but we won't know until they release more info in the next few weeks, there is after all 1 month left before it's out ^_^


EDIT: I was unfortunately wrong > the text in the bubble bellow the arrow joining the two pictures says that you can display the calendar either horizontally or vertically...

Ah yeh I did noticed that arrow...but turns out it just means it can be horozontal and vertical :c
Wow 3 months per page :0 where would it fit!? In the tiny white slit on the side o _o??

Oooh you're so clever xD pointing out "card" can refer to like a postcard layout! Hmm they must mean photo on one side and nothing on the other >> but I agree we will see more in upcoming weeks, perfect example was that sample image of the box :D!
