[news from animenewsnetwork]
The March issue of Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine is revealing on Wednesday that CLAMP's Cardcaptor Sakura manga is getting a "new project" to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the manga. Details of the project will be announced on a later date.
Additionally, the issue announced that NHK's BS Premium will rebroadcast the Clow Card arc of the Cardcaptor Sakura anime in April, starting on April 6.

And so! Go on, go crazy, and place your bets! What is it going to be?!!
For once, I think we might actually be allowed to hope for something big! (and if it's not, and they played us, we are most definitely allowed to get real mad about it...)
EDIT: here is the announcement, and it seems to imply the upcoming project is somehow related to the rebroadcast of the Clow Arc in April.

I thought about it myself: Tsubasa ends in March and CCS starts in April? Why not? Good for us! :D
Now, about X...let's leave this subject aside for a while longer I guess...? */me look the other way*

Date: 2016-02-03 06:45 am (UTC)-The game option is extremely unlikely.
-The live action is an actual possibility since it seems like CLAMP have talked about that subject in one of their radio programs.
-An anime would most likely be a remake, more than a sequel, since the CCS series had quite a 'final' ending, but it's not totally impossible due to the existence of TRC and the relation between worlds.
The other thing is that an anime series would take a lot of money: are there really plans to finance such a big thing...?
-A manga would be nice, a oneshot would be awesome, and a sequel would be a dream come true!!!!!
In this case, no money issues like it would be for an anime, but same problem: does the quite 'final' story of CCS allows for a continuation without getting the feeling it's being 'forced'?
My hopes and dreams: I want it all!! :D Anime, manga, sequels, remakes, give it all to me!!! XD XD XD
