When I learned about those a few months ago, I was actually planning to do my utmost to get the Sealing and Star wands, but then, when pre-ordering the Sakura figma and nendoroid, GSC gave as bonus these exact same charms as above, so I guess there is just no need anymore ^^; But these are definitely one of the cutest CCS goods! :)
