According to MAL news (and that article), it's not sure if it's Code Geass Akito or the 3rd season.

I think the 3rd season is refering to the Akito story according to the comment given at Otakon.

I really hope that the Akito season delivers on the promise of more Schneizel and more development for the Knights of the Round and maybe even let us see more of Britannia itself. I found that all very interesting and horribly underdeveloped. I mean, we never even learned some of Rounds' names before they were killed in the 45 seconds of screen time they were given.

And more Schneizel and more Kanon always make everything better.
