CLAMP-NET's beginning of August update: Gotta get Newtype 9!!!

In this month's Newtype, there will be a few great CLAMP features:

CLAMP will be illustrating the cover of Newtype with BLOOD-C. Included will be an article featuring the birth of BLOOD-C including Nanase Ohkawa x Director Mizushima interview, and a feature on Nana Mizuki.

And in addition to the special Kobato. feature, there will be breaking news on a BRAND-NEW manga series. There will be some kind of promotional campaign involved.

Newtype 9 is on sale August 10th.

I know that hoping for them to finish old mangas won't amount to much, so I at least hope that they won't do any more of those damn crossovers. :/ If I see Sakura in one more manga, so help me God, I will burn the Clamp mangas I own.

I've been pretty sick the past few days (and still am...) so I needed some good news to shade some light ^^
And a new manga uh? I confess I'm not really impressed by the first volume of gate 7 as for now, though the same happened with TRC too but I ended up being crazy about it in the end aha~ How strange for them to advertise for their new title in newtype though?

Tehe, I wonder if by 'new' they mean 'new new' (something completely different) or 'CLAMP new' (a new story crammed with crossovers). Whatever the case, I'm looking forward to finding out what it will be. It was a bit much to hope they'd resume an old series such as Legal Drug, I suppose. Not that I'll stop hoping, of course. >.>

Haha, fangirls tend to favour canon slash, I guess. XD I haven't read X, but so many people still want closure on it that I'd be vicariously happy if it was resumed too. I suppose more people might be suggesting Legal Drug because it seems to have a bit more hope of revival, compared to X?

At this rate, maybe my grandchildren will continue asking for the proper ending of X or the continuation of Legal drug.... But if it's a new story i hope it to be better than Gate 7...
