The rest of BLOOD-C's cast has been revealed along with some more character designs. Go to Mycom.co.jp for larger images and a description of each character. Among the characters are Saya's father, classmates, teachers and cafe owner.

A 2nd year high school girl commuting to the private Sanbara Academy. Although she’s enjoying her life at school, at the shrine to which her father has given his life she will use the Sword of the Gods to defeat the Ancient Ones.
Kisaragi Tadayoshi
Saya’s father; a priest. He’s strict about rigorous religious duties, but quite indulgent of Saya. His wife died when Saya was in elementary school. He is the keeper of the Sword of the Gods.
Nanahara Fumito
Tadayoshi’s old friend and owner of the café in front of the shrine. He and Saya’s father have been close for a long time. Unexpectedly and without fuss, he’ll come to the shrine with food (provisions).
Amino Yuuka
Saya’s classmate. She appears loud/flashy, but has a kind nature. Saya lacks common sense, so Yuuka’s taken charge of scolding her.
Moto Nono & Nene
Twins in Saya’s class. They like Saya very much and are always competing (for her attention). They’re not malicious, but sometimes say sharp things.
Tomofusa Itsuki
President of Saya’s class. (sorry, couldn’t figure the second sentence out) Seems to like Saya, but Saya doesn’t seem to be interested.
Tokizane Shinichrou
A silent student who is often by himself. He’s in the same class as Saya. He’s tried to say something to Saya, but of course she wasn’t interested.
Tsutsutori Kanako
Saya’s homeroom teacher. A science teacher. Voluptuous and popular with guys. Always wears short, white skirts.
The Ancient Ones (Furukimono)
Since ancient times, they have existed to consume people. Only Saya can certainly defeat them.
