So what's with "CLAMP in America"? everytime I call bn or borders they say that the date has moved or knows nothing about it?

Yeah I found this old anime/manga magazine of mine from winter 2009 announcing that CLAMP in America would be released in 2010 (when exactly in 2010 I don't recall). Why the heck has it been delayed over and over again?
