The possibly first official translated publication of Gate 7 is French! *hides pride*
Kazé France will publish Gate 7 as a free bonus booklet that will be available with next month's Animeland magazine #167, on sale December 5th.
So if you're lucky to know French / want to own a legal copy of Gate7, go ahead.

BTW
Date: 2010-11-20 10:05 am (UTC)The news does not say whether Kazé has licensed the yet-to-come full series of Gate7 or not(imho one of the usual CLAMP publishers in France, Tonkam or PIKA will get this one).

Anyway (directed to the rest to the thread): this page (http://www.animeland.com/news/voir/2156) of AnimeLand magazine official webpage explains more in details the whole deal I believe ^^ It's really great they said the magazine will still stay at the same price in spite of the 40pages supplement from Clamp~ They also says that Kaze also already acquired the rights of Gate 7 future chapters which are to be released in 2011~

The page above is actually an 'example' for Animeland 166, but when the issue 167 will be available, the exact same page will appear when you search for it, with the options: "reste du monde" = the rest of the World/International - "Europe" = Europe - "France" = France. As you can see, depending on the place you live, there are different article, and if you live in France, you pay 0.80EUR less, which is pretty much nothing if you ask me ^^;
Also, the shipping cost is free, at least, I tried for Spain and it was, I don't know if it would be the case for other places. This is very likely a very limited offer though, since I went to their FAQ page, and they say that the shipping cost for Europe is 16EUR, and 30EUR for the rest of the world @__@
