Wow, I didn't think they would release Kobato. so fast, since the tankobans are once a year. I can't say I'm disappointed, but still!

So much CLAMP! I can't wait!

hmm...I'm thinking about getting the CCS omnibus but I want to know if people prefer tankobons to the omnibus or vice versa. I'm wondering if a thick book is awkward to read or if the binding is weak or is it just even worth it?
Please help with this. :)

The Clover omnibus had a decent binding, but I'm guessing it would not hold up in the long run. I REALLY wish Dark Horse would release hardcover omnibuses (like TP did with Fruits Basket). The overall paper/print quality of the omnibus was great though...better than TP's CCS release. I think TP's CCS is out-of-print, so you won't be able to get individual tanks anyway...unless used.
