i think they usually take some breaks over december. hopefully, they don't do anymore weekly manga in the future. i kinda prefer their monthly format.

kobato is always released on the 10th of each month with newtype.

scans are available whenever someone buys and scans the magazine if that's what you are asking. (december's chapter hasn't been scanned yet)
