Just wanted to mention that Kobato.tv added a new splash. ETA: You can find a magazine scan of this image at moe.imouto. (I'm not sure which magazine it is from). The other news updates have mostly been mentioned before, but...

...From 2ch, we get more seiyuu news from Newtype 10!
Kohaku = Chiwa Saitou
Kiyokazu Fujimoto = Tomoaki Maeno
Sayaka Okiura = Fumiko Orikasa
Chitose Mihara = Houko Kawashima
Kazumasu/Kazuto(?) Okiura(沖浦和斗) = Shinichiro Miki

Notes: Did we ever get debt collector's full name before? Please correct my romanization. I think the 2ch list might've listed Tomoaki's name incorrectly. I'll correct it when we get confirmation/better scan.

And from a preview of next month's Newtype, there looks to be like a CLAMP TRUMP playing card giveaway and Code Geass news...hm..

Ah Maeno Tomoaki, he's a slightly new but quite a very talented and versatile seiyuu. If you've seen Toshokan Sensou/Library Wars anime, he is 'Lieutenant Dojou' the main male lead. He's also just started doing main role BL dramas and this guy sure can act! (Top or bottom, he can oull it off xDD) He's a very promising seiyuu no doubt about it!

I'm very glad they chose him to play Fujimoto. I'm sure he'll fit the character quite well! And as for Miki as Okiura *^____^* YAAAY! What a great choice!

I don't think I've seen the debt collector's first name mentioned anywhere in the manga. Usually we just call him Sayaka's husband or Okiura, don't we? But at least now we know :)

沖浦和斗 is how the name appears in the article. I wasn't sure how to write out his first name. (i'm guessing this is the debt collector).

After Takehito Koyasu, he was my second pick for him, I'm so happy *^^* I'm a little bit surprised about Fujimoto getting an unknown seiyuu O_o I guess we'll have to wait to see if he fits the role ^^u Chiwa Saitou, Fumiko Orikasa & Houko Kuwashima are pretty good and well-known and I'm sure they'll do fine :3

I don't think we ever did find out the debt collector's full name--he never did introduce himself. As a side note, 和斗 can be read several (http://jisho.org/kanji/details/%E5%92%8C) different ways (http://jisho.org/kanji/details/%E6%96%97) (including "Kazumasu" and "Katsumasu," which are definitely real names), so "Wato" might not be the right romanization. I'm not sure how we could confirm this, though.

According to my kanji dictionary:

The readings for 和 are wa, o, yawa(ragu), yawa(rageru), nago(mu), nago(yaka), kazu, yori, yasu, yawara, yamato, taka, yoshi, katsu.

The reading for　斗 is to.

So lots of possible variations. I think we might have to wait it out.

"Masu" is, according to Denshi Jisho, a reading of 斗 used only for given names, so I'm not surprised it didn't show up in your dictionary. Although, the site could have made a mistake.

You're definitely right, though--there are so many variations, we might even have to wait until the show airs and his name is spoken before we can romanize it.
