Amazon.jp now has a larger image of TRC Volume 26's regular edition and the OAD edition up.

Just noticed on Amazon.com that the Clover Omnibus has more preview pages than the Dark Horse website. The back summary says that there will be 8 double page color illustration and 17 more color illustrations. There's also a cute 20th Anniversary logo. Sounds good.

i glanced at the Clover preview and was slightly disappointed that Oruha's name is Ora on the back cover. um, what..? Pls let it be a typo.

If you look at the preview pages, that's how they spell it inside, too. Not sure if it would sound like O-ru-ha or O-ra if a native speaker said it, but eh, I'm just hoping for a better that Tokyopop release. And more color pages? Ya!

I really hope there's footnotes, and that the translator explains his/her decision to retain that transliteration.

how does Oruha gets translated as Ora? I know Jpn loves to drop the 'u' sounds sometimes but that usually happens at the end of words.
Subaru is not pronounced Subar or Sura, btw.

I can live with Suu --> Sue. Because that's not really far from the original.

I was seriously considering buying this eventho I have the Jpn original. But seeing the terrible name choice just puts me off.

'Sue' actually put me off a little..haha, cause it seemed like they were trying to westernize her more or something.

anyway, throwing my money in for the artwork...though I suspect I have most of it in one of the North/Southside artbooks. :)
