[Blu-ray] FUNimation's Tsubasa Season 1

Previously rumored, but now confirmed with a date. FUNimation will release Tsubasa Season 1 on Blu-Ray April 14th.

Are they going to be reanimating everything? Sorry to say, Tsubasa is definitely not an anime that would benefit from Bluray quality xD

i doubt Funimation will have anything reanimated, but they obviously think there are enough fans for them to benefit from a blu-ray release. ^^

Haha, I was just being facetious. I think the quality (animation-wise, never mind content) of the Tsubasa anime is too poor for Bluray, but I guess someone will buy it.

Now, if Funi was going to be bringing over the CCS Blu-ray version, then I might be considering getting a Blu-ray player. As it is I haven't liked what I've seen of the TRC series so this is a pass for me.

Wow, what a spectacular waste of money. Did that many people seriously buy the initial DVD release to make them think people would spend money on it on Blu-ray? I'm shocked if that's the case.
