With NYCC coming up and many other anime cons following, here's a quick photo guideline in case you were planning to submit a cosplay photo for our Anniversary/Appreciation fanbook.

1. If you were submitting 1 photo to take up 1 full page, 10x8 inches, 25x20 cm, 2888 X 2475 pixels is the maximum area. (Yes, smaller photos will be accepted and we may edit the size of the photo later on depending on the submission).
2. 150 dpi is the smallest resolution we will accept. 300 dpi is the maximum resolution.
3. If you don't know much about photography and don't have the best camera, indoor photos often look grainy, so please try to take photos outdoors with plenty of light.
4. Take lots and lots of photos, so that you can pick out your best and sharpest quality.
5. The photo must be of yourself or a group with yourself included. A group photo will count as one item for each person in the photo (so, we will not have 10 of the same photos of 10 same people from 1 group...I hope that makes sense).
6. And just in case you were sleeping, the cosplay should be of CLAMP characters. Code Geass cosplay and fanart will be accepted, too.

1 & 2 can also be a guide for fanart.

That's it. And do not ask me about submitting anything now. I've added reference links to the fanbook posts on the sidebar.

Are old photos all right? And I'm only so-so at Photoshopping (or Gimping, in my case). Are date-time stamps all right?

I assume that all members of a group shot must give their permission for the picture to be used?
