Suu figure from Clover

I'm not sure if this was addressed at some point in the distant past (I did try searching first!), but in my internet wanderings, I stumbled across this striking figure of Suu from CLOVER. Can anyone tell me about the figure? Is it something that actually sold? Was it a garage kit? Or just someone's one-of-a-kind creation?

It looks like a custom figure to me. :) The only place you probably would see it for sale, is on ebay. But that's doubtful I'm sure.

Beautiful and not small either. I'd say it's not a commercial figure but a private one. Probably shown at some fan convention from the background.
