Newtype USA's Kobato information

Kobato will begin its serial run in the June 2007 issue of Newtype USA. It will continue its exclusive serialization through the May 2008 issue, comprising 12 installments in total. Each installment will include gorgeous full-color spreads, along with standard black-and-white manga art.
Newtype USA Vol. 6, Issue 6 will be available June 1, 2007.

So who's doing the translations then/who's licensed the graphic novel rights?

There isn't even a tankouban for the japanese one so I don't see a usa graphic novel coming out so soon...

But...ADV manga published the last few manga that were in Newtype USA. Not sure if that means that both companies have an agreement or anything.

^_^ looking forward to the big color illustrations though.
