FUNimation has announced the english cast for the Tsubasa anime.

Looks like they come from the standard lot of american voice actors. Hope your fav characters got someone you like.

*snicker* *bursts out laughing* Oh I'm sooooo not surprised. Should be interesting. It's just begging for some crack fanart. According to wikipedia he was Vegeta, Yamcha, Piccolo, Zarbon, Recoome, Jeice, Burter, Salza. O.o yikes. he might be ok. Hope we dont watch it and hear vegeta speaking every time Kurogane opens his mouth. Oh and wait for it.... He was Ayame in fruits basket! XDDDD! and Alex Louis Armstrong in FMA

Not sure if I like Vic as Fay, he was OK as Ed and Dark (DNAngel) but I'm not sure if his voice suits Fay. I guess it'll show if he's a good actor or can only do the one voice. He was also Broly in the DBZ movies (how many DBZ VAs are here O.o)

Sakura's VA was Hyatt in Excel Saga XD! She was quite good in that, she's a decent actress so lets hope she can nail the voice. I havent heard her in anything else but she's had lots of roles.

Havent seen anything Syaoran's VA has done, ditto with mokona's.

Though that's the first time I've seen Fay's name in conjunction with his last name without the "D" in the middle. I must say it throws off the rhythm a bit.

Honestly? Though I can't really imagine Crispin Freeman in any Tsubasa roles (maybe in xxxHolic), he is a really good voice actor. I was sort of lukewarm about his Alucard, but I am incredibly impressed with what I've heard of his work as Kyon in Haruhi Suzumiya. I think he does a great job with more "ordinary guy" roles, especially when there is a lot of sarcasm involved. He'd probably make a great Doumeki. But I have no idea if he ever works with Funimation.

It's not that he's bad, he's actually better than most I've heard. It's just that for some reason, almost every time he is in a dub, everyone else in it sucks. I've taken his name in the credits as a harbinger of impending doom.
