The volume 1 of Tsubasa World Chronicles will be released in February 17th, 2015
There are no info as of yet of a Deluxe Edition.

There will be a special edition (for 5480jpy, available for pre-order at amazon.co.jp, I couldn't find the normal edition without BD...) which will come with a BD of the HD version of the OAD Tokyo Revelation.

It's a shame there is no news about a deluxe edition, but there is a limited edition with a BD, we will have to live with that haha~

BD: Bluray Disc
OAD: Original Animation DVD (anime that are not released on TV or theaters, only on discs)
