From what I could see in the order page of the DVD: http://www.e-fanclub.com/clamp/ and on the flyer post in the official webpage, it seems like october 31th is the pre-ordering limit, and then they will send the DVD in December to the people who pre-ordered; it doesn't seem to be the release date.

Darn that sucks. I'll wait a little longer and hope it'll show up on amazon.jp or something, otherwise I'll have to bite the bullet and pay more to get it.
