The xxxHolic-Tsubasa OAD website has updated to let us know that Shiritsu Horitsuba Gakuen drama CD 4 will be shipped mid-September for those who sent in the vouchers from the OADs.

NHK has opened their Kobato. anime website here with just a splash page right now.
