That "only if you've bought all the issues from us" clause stops normal peeps from getting them... I'm guessing it means that they're going to be limited availability and therefore horrendously expensive on eBay :(

you can also get it if you know someone with a japanese address. OR start buggin tokyopop and get them to offer it as well.

In the spanish edition of the magazines you collect points on each magazine and they say that one can get it if you have all the magazines (with the points), but they dont describe how is gonna be to get those, just say "collect the points to get the Spi and Kero chess figures" ... maybe Tokyopop will do something like that u.uU
