[Update] Mangettes: Gate 7

Just noticed that CLAMP's upcoming new manga, Mangettes: Gate 7 moved on my Amazon list. At Amazon.uk and Amazon.jp the date has moved to August 15, 2010.

(The preorder page has disappeared from Amazon US and CA). Amazon has been correct about previous date changes, but let's hope for a closer date.

yeah...my reaction, too. i know amazon sometimes lists releases with off-the-wall dates, but changes it to the real date later on. i'm thinking that this just indicates that august 15 of this year is a no-show.

ARE they serious?? o__O BUT... then what would CLAMP be doing within this 1 year time... just focus on Kobato or are they planning to re-start their hitaus series ^^

Woah, I got it too on my amazon.com and amazon.jp listings but I didn't notice at all ^^;;;
So 2010 uh...?
Are they planning on a vacation after those last chaotic years (TRC+Holic+Kobato+Holitsuba+3D Land+CardLand+WonderLand+Code Geass design+....etc...) *those women really are workaholic*, or does it mean we will get more TRC/Holic? But it's really too late, it's already coming to an end, there is no going back now: of course they are the mangakas so they could make up some unexpected twist to make it longer (like 2 volumes for FWR's life story, 2 more for CCS|SxS story during all those years+flashbacks and endless breaks for Holic, like one chapter every 2 months XD XD XD XD) but I REALLY don't think so ^^;;
As Nokiirat said, the date will very likely change again, but te message is clear nonetheless: no Mangette this summer.

I dont believe it.
If they were to postponned again there would have been an official announcement! I think that amazon srewed the dates up...It wouldnt be the first time.

It looks like a deliberate change to have someone actually change the year. I'm just guessing that 8/15/09 is no longer a valid release date. When Amazon takes listings away especially on their USA site, it usually means that the release date has been moved back.

When the next Clamp.net releases list thingy comes up, we will see if it was actually postponned or not

since clamp hasn't even announced this manga on their website, i doubt it'll show up. although clamp-net is good about the usual stuff. other websites have better 'spoiler' release info.
