Well, if you are talking about Yesy-Formula... They released Episode 2 recently (http://a.scarywater.net/formulasub/%5Byesy-Formula%5D_Mouryou_no_Hako_-_02_%5B1280x720%5D_%5B2BD02E8F%5D.mkv.torrent).

But yeah... Instead of 4~5 subs doing the same anime (http://animesuki.com/series.php/1297.html), they really should make an alliance. Less work and more quality.
