-In each books is included a card with a part of a whole illustration: when you get all 9 of them, it will form a complete picture
-Release date: March 27th, 2015 for both volumes 1 & 2

-They are not sold as a set, but separately
-They say it's a "Deluxe" edition, we will have to see...
-The digital content (scans of the manga + latest unpublished illustrations of CCS) will be available in this website: https://codigi.jp
From what I could see, there is nothing special about this website, you just need to register with a username/password/email and that's it, and afterward you will obivously need the info included in the flyer inside the book (a code?) which will explain to you how to access the material.

I personally hope they will be available on amazon.jp soon! >.<
