The CLAMP in CARDLAND page has updated again with details on how to get those special cards and treats, point card campaign.

25 points will get you a deck case
50 points will get you a storage box
100 points will get you the special Tokyo Revelations Subaru x Kamui card.

There is also a page which explains the specifications of the cards.
N is normal
R is rare
SR is super rare
UR is ultra rare
SE is secret rare

I didn't see how the Sakura x Sakura can be gotten, but maybe that'll come later. Plus, there is more information on the gaming events and playing rules. Anyway, good luck.
