Funimation recently informed fansub group Shinsen-Subs, "We own or control various exclusive copyrights and trademarks related to the animated motion pictures, including but not limited to, the series known as “Speed Grapher,” “Trinity Blood,” “FullMetal Alchemist,” “Dragon Ball,” “Solty Rei” a.k.a. “Origin,” “Detective Conan” a.k.a. “Case Closed,” and “
Tsubasa”." This was after Funimation had contacted the registrar for Shinsen-subs domain name, resulting in the registrar, Joker.com, freezing the domain name. Solty Rei and Tsubasa have not yet been announced for release by Funimation.]--

if they are forcing the fansub group to take down tsubasa (yes, they mean tsubasa chronicle), they possibly have the licensing rights now and just haven't made
the marketing announcement yet. (edit: mentioned in the forums...Domain Name: TSUBASA.TV; Registrant: FUNimation Productions, Ltd.) you can read funimation's letter at
shinsen-subs' website (scroll down a little).
thus, since most of the group's members are not from the usa, anime releases and news will still be updated, but future tsubasa anime links and such will be f-locked...so make sure you are a member (if you don't see your name in the member area, then you clicked the wrong button).
