It's been brought up in an anime forum that FUNimation has registered xxxholic.tv so the licensing of the anime is quite inevitable. When it is officially announced, all anime release posts will be f-locked as all Tsubasa anime posts are. (not that f-locking makes it more legal...but it seems the thing to do in this legal-blur..heh).

the .tv is usually for the tv series.
this is all speculation of course, but they have the movie and tsubasa so it's only a matter of when.
