Horitsuba Gakuen Drama CD Vol. 4

Hey I was wondering, I live in the U.S. and I collected all four of the Tsubasa/Holic OVAs. Does anyone who can read Japanese know what the instructions say to be able to get this Drama CD. I want it, and I will be moving to Japan in late August. So hopefully it won't be until then. Thanks!

Well, according to some infos, you should fill in some forms and send it back to Japan to get your limited Horitsuba Gakuen 4 copy.

I'll ask a friend to come here and give further info.

Well, I know this is a lot to ask, but since I don't speak Japanese, I have no idea how to fill in the forms, where to mail it, what to include, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

usually there are early deadlines for these. maybe if you can scan or photo the instructions, someone will be able to help you out?

i went to the bookstore that i always order the tsubasa and holic OVAs, they told me that those free gifts are normally for japan only, unless u have someone u know in japan which they can sent the package to, usually they dont entertain overseas readers.
